Registration

ENGINE2025 is open to M.Sc & PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, engineers, technicians and researchers from the academic and industrial worlds interested in materials science and electrochemistry for energy conversion & storage applications. 

The procedure is organized in two consecutive steps on the Azur Colloque platform :

1. Pre-registration which will be validated by the organizing comittee (link will open on 1st October 2024):

2. Registration and payment according to the following fees : 

• 350 € (without taxes) or 420 € with taxes: Students, PhD students, and post-docs.
  
  
• 450 € (without taxes) or 540 € with taxes: Academic researchers, engineers or technicians.

• 650 € (without taxes) or 780 € with taxes: Non-academic researchers engineers or technicians.

Note 1. Refunding will be possible (e.g if a visa has not been granted or if a medical condition (a certificate will be asked) prevents attendance) by agreement of the organizing committee.

Note 2. For PhD students in France the participation to ENGINE2025 is eligible to granting (ECTS) training credits. Do contact your doctoral school and the organizing commitee for any questions or queries related to this question.

Note 3. Following the end of ENGINE 2025, a certificate of attendance and a certificate of poster session (if applicable) will be provided to participants.
